PA to the Pets collects the following data:  
Personal identification information: Name, email address, phone number. Resident address and any other address your pet may be collected from dropped off to or cared for in.  
Your pet(s) details, including but not limited to, registered veterinary practice, microchip number and any behavioural problems they may.

You directly provide PA to the Pets with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:  
Register with PA to the Pets.  
Contact PA to the Pets via the website submission form, email, telephone and/or face to face and voluntarily give data either written or verbally.  
Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.  
PA to the Pets may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
PA to the Pets registered clients may provide data of persons in the form of emergency contacts (these details are strictly only used in the event of an emergency pertaining to the client/s, the client/s pet/s, the client/s property and the client/s bookings; where attempts to contact the registered client/s have failed).    

How will we use your data?   

PA to the Pets collects your data so that we can:  
Process your booking and manage your account.  
Email or otherwise contact you with special offers on services, changes to services and changes to service fees.  
To carry out contracted services provided by PA to the Pets which the data subject is to party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.  
To have at hand yours, your emergency contact and registered veterinary details while carrying out contracted services.

How do we store your data?   

PA to the Pets stores electronic data on a secure system which is appropriate to the size, scope and type of business.  
PA to the Pets stores hard copies of data in a secure locked location.  
PA to the Pets will keep your electronic data until you request for its removal, you state that you will not require any services from PA to the Pets in the future or you have not booked any services for three years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our systems.  
Hard copies of data will be deleted after 12 months.

Marketing
